Qualitative pilots selection process should be assisted by the use of selection tools, adequate for aviation, straight up exploring what we want to value. We do not use in selection of well-known or internet widely-available selection tools. We use reliable assessment methods that will predict real behaviour in non-standard operational situations and attitudes to work, and this our basic goal in every selection project. Before founding of zawodpilot.pl I had opportunity build my professional background: being responsible for management of flight deck recruitment, screening standards and HF training while working in operational and HR department for polish flag airline.
