Professional psychological assessment, our unique experience and counselling based on  aviation business psychological tools application. Our know-how is the result of professional background built in flight operation and HR department in airline and practical engagement in pilot training and selection on the polish aviation market nowadays.

Qualitative pilots selection process should be assisted by the use of selection tools, adequate for aviation, straight up exploring what we want to value. We do not use in selection of well-known or internet widely-available selection tools. We use reliable assessment methods that will predict real behaviour in non-standard operational situations and attitudes to work, and this our basic goal in every selection project. The selection tools, which we trusted or rejected, have been tested on several hundred commercial pilots in Poland.

Providing assessment centre we estimate and diagnose pilot’s social capability:

FOR PILOTS

we offer training which preparing for airline recruitment and selection process

We invite both experienced pilots who are seeking a new job and  those who wish to start their career in airlines.

• The main goal of the workshop is to provide clear and transparent overview on airlines screening process. Coaching sessions will give guidance on how to effectively present personal and technical skills and competencies. Also, techniques will be presented on how to handle the screening process and achieve the disired goal. Futher, best practices can be presented on how to fill out application forms, write CV and cover letters. Finally different pilot selection tools in aviation will be discussed.

• Another module of the workshop covers symulation of interview. The main goal is to teach how to best present oneself durning the whole screening session natural and convincing way, and the most important: not to deceiving recruitment team!

• The last module consists of refreshment course on a technical topic conducted by line instructor. This will include review of technical questions most frequently asked during interviews conducted by major airlines and also detailed information how to answer them.

Workshop are typically held  in Warsaw, Poland.

We provide coaching for anyone who are about to start aviation career. Coaching is useful tool to estimate chance of becoming airline pilot or crew member for those without aviation experience.

Preparing individual psychological evaluation, we focus on aptitudes which are among crucial psychological factors contributing to high performance. We test, among others:

Before founding of zawodpilot.pl I had opportunity build my professional background: being responsible for management of flight deck recruitment, screening standards and HF training while working in operational and HR department for polish flag airline. Throughout my career I have cooperated with institutions, companies and training organization in aviation industry. I work with professionals in aviation business, psychologists, up and running airline pilots and line instructors on daily basis.
